The creation of the Museum, opened in occasion of the Jubelee of 2000, makes part of the program of protection of Italian Dioceses promoted by CEI ( Italian Bishops Confernce) and tries to answer To scholars’ and citizens’ expectations and suggestions. Its dedication to one of the most important monuments of Middle Age architecture, symbol of Fidenza, doesn’t want to reduce its area of interest but signs a starting point for a route of new spiritual and cultural vitality.
